Log Clean & Press for Reps

Allowed: 2 belts, one hard and one soft, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wraps, mouthguard, chalk, grip shirts

Disallowed:  No SC/OSG grip shirts, no tacky allowed, no straps, no slingshots

60 seconds 

- Competitors will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps after being given the lift command from the judge.

-Competitors can begin with hands-on the implement 

- Competitors will only be required to clean the log once and then press away for reps

- A successful lift will have the implement pressed fully overhead with hips through, elbows and knees locked and head through

- The log should not rest on the top of the competitor's head at any point during the lift 

- Competitor must wait for the down command to receive a point 

-Return log down with reasonable control, no letting go or "tree topping" of the implement or you will not get points for that press (an excessive amount can be cause for DQ) "

The competitor will receive a zero for the event if they:

1) “tree top” the implement after warnings  (Drop from overhead, the down must be controlled)

2) aggressively use profanity toward a judge or volunteer

Wagon Wheel Barbell DL for Reps

Allowed: 2 belts, one hard and one soft, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, mouthguard, chalk, straps, suits, hitching and wrist wraps 

Disallowed: The competitor will receive a no-rep if they drop the bar at the top of the lift. Must control the down. No sumo stance, baby oil, or tacky allowed

60 seconds

- Competitors have 60 seconds to complete as many reps at their prescribed weight.

- Competitors can begin strapped in

- A good rep will have the competitor's hips through, knees locked, and shoulders back

- Competitor must wait for the judge's down command 

- The competitor will receive a no rep if they drop the bar at the top of the lift. Must control the down.

The competitor will receive a zero for the event if they:

1) aggressively use profanity toward a judge or volunteer

Mixed Medley

Allowed: Grip shirts

Disallowed: ?No tacky, built-up belts or OSG/SC grip shirts "

90 seconds 

-Competitor has 90 seconds to carry or move a mix of objects to a 50' line

- Competitor will start at 50’ line with hands off of the first implement

- After the judge gives the “Go” command, the competitor will pick and carry the first implement to the line.

- Competitor will run back and retrieve the second and third implements respectively.

- Competitor has unlimited drops but cannot throw the implement to gain additional distance (if this occurs, the judge will instruct the competitor to carry the implement backward to where the implement was originally thrown).

- If the competitor cannot complete the course within 90s, max distance will be recorded.

The competitor will receive a zero for the event if they:

1) aggressively use profanity toward a judge or volunteer

Double Overhand Axle Hold 

Allowed: Chalk, sleeves, and wrist wraps

Disallowed: tacky or straps

Max time

- Competitors may start touching the implement

- Time will begin once the judge feels the competitor is standing upright with hips through and knees locked

- Clock stops when the competitor drops the axle

The competitor will receive a zero for the event if they:

1) aggressively use profanity toward a judge or volunteer

Sandbag Load Series 

Allowed: belt, chalk, tacky, sleeves, wraps, grip shirts

Disallowed:  straps, built-up belts, OSG/SC grip shirts

60 seconds 

3-4 sandbags to one height or over bar

- Competitors must start with the back of their hands on bar.

- Judge will give ""Go"" command and time will start

- Each sandbag must be completed before moving on to the next sandbag

The competitor will receive a zero for the event if they:

1) aggressively use profanity toward a judge or volunteer
