Press Medley Bar-Keg-Axle

• 60 sec time limit

• Athletes choice of order - Press Once

• Athlete must wait for the good lift command before lowering

• Must be locked out, legs and feet parallel and stationary

• Must be lowered under control, no dropping of implement (no rep)

• Implements may be pressed, push pressed, jerked, split jerk etc.

• Implements May not rest on belt

• Any anatomical limitations preventing lock out must be demonstrated to the judge prior to start of the event. This is solely the responsibility of the athlete.

• No Straps allowed

• Equipment allowed: Belt, chalk, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, grip shirt

Fingual Fingers (reps)

• 60 sec time limit

• As many reps as possible

• Equipment allowed: belt, chalk, elbow sleeves, tacky towel, grip shirt

Keg Toss

• 45 sec Time Limit

• Kegs in order

• Women 10’ Men 14’

• Athletes responsibly to retrieve Keg if misses to make Over Bar

Farmer Carry / Frame Medley

• 60 sec time limit

• Farmers Carry 40’ NO Drops allowed

• Frame 30’ One (1) Drop allowed

• Total implement must cross the line

• No Sliding of implements allow (Good Luck with that on our matts ?

• Equipment allowed: Belt, Wrist Wraps, Straps, Knee Sleeves, Elbow Sleeves

Conans Wheel 

• Max Distance No Time Limit

• Implement is carried clockwise in the crook of the arm (forearms/biceps) NO Shouldering

• Once implement comes in contact with the ground, measurements will be taken.

• No Sliding (again good luck with that on our matts)

• Equipment allowed : Knee sleeves, wrist wrap, Grip Shirt , Belt with buckle to the back (no items placed in the belt to provide a shelf
