Requirements for registration
1. Strongman Corp membership
2. Identification
3. Bodyweight
4. Yoke Height
If there is only 1 athlete in a class, they will get combined with another class or just get a regionals bid (we will leave combining of classes up to the promoter).
If there are 2-5 athletes a class:
1st place – Nationals and Regionals invites
2nd – Regionals
3rd – Regionals
If there are 6+ athletes in a class:
1st – Nationals and Regionals
2nd – Nationals and Regionals
3rd – Regionals
4th – Regionals
Contest Events:
- Truck/Armored Humvee Pull. On the start command Women will pull an f150, Men will pull a tractor for 50'. 60 second time limit or distance. Harness will be provided. Equipment not allowed tacky. Anything else allowed.
- Press Medley. On the start command Competitor will c+p the axle, after a down command will move to the log c+p after the down command will move to the CDB c+p every rep, down command will be given for the remainder of the 60 second time limit. Competitor must stay in control of implement at all times. No tree drops.
- Car deadlift. Side handle, 17-18” height. 60 second time limit. Down command will be given. Straps and suits allowed.
- Hay Bale Yoke. Yoke will be loaded with 50lb hay bales, think 2017 Arnold yoke. Athlete will get set in the yoke. On the start command athlete will pick up the yoke and carry it 40' down and 40' back for time. Drops are allowed. 60 second time limit or distance will be measured.
- Stones. Stone over bar 46'' for women, 50'' for men. 60 second time limit, as many reps as possible. Athlete will start with hands on the bar. There will be a catcher feeding the stone back to the athlete. Tacky allowed
