Late registration starts on March 12th ~ Athletes can register up until weigh ins
All events will have a 60 second time limit.
Car Deadlift: Handles are side by side and 15in high. Men will deadlift a small car + added weights for heavier classes. Women will deadlift a side by side + weights for heavier classes. There will be a lift and a down command. NO touch and go. Straps allowed. No suits allowed.
Log Press: Clean once and press away. Down command will be given. Log can be recleaned if dropped. Grip shirts are allowed. Women press a 10in. log and men will press a 12in log.
Carry Medley (sandbag/tire flip): Sandbag will be carried down 50ft and the tire will be returned for 50ft. Tire is located at the end of the sandbag run.
Farmers Carry: Farmers will be carried 50ft down and 50ft back. No turn, straight down and back. Unlimited drops.
Stone Over Bar: Stone will be loaded over a yoke. Women's bar height is 48in. Men's bar height is 51in. Tacky and grip shirts are allowed.
Weigh ins:
Weigh ins will be at Wild Wings. There will be (2) sessions (no morning weigh ins):
