Weight Ins: EVERY ATHLETE IS REQUIRED TO WEIGH IN
*Early weigh ins Friday April 25th, 4-8 pm ET (if you need a different time Friday, text to Stephen at 815-280-3645 to schedule)
*Saturday Morning from 8am-9am (ANYONE NOT WEIGHED IN BY 9AM SATURDAY WILL NOT BE COMPETING, NO EXCEPTIONS!)

GENERAL COMPETITION RULES:
- Any intentional disrespect to any of the event staff can result in immediate disqualification from the entire competition. it will not be tolerated. (This includes any communication before the competition also.)
- Any intentional dropping, slamming or other disregard for equipment can result in a zero score for the event.
- No Vulgar Language. We understand that words slip in the heat of the moment. Don't make it a habit.
- Any disrespect or disregard for the facilities will not be tolerated.
HARNESS TRUCK PULL-AFAP:
o 60 second time limit
o 50 ft course
o Rope Assist
o Fastest to complete 50 ft course wins
o If 50 ft not achieved, measurement will be taken
o Equipment allowed:
- Chalk
- Belt
- Wrist wraps
- Gloves
- Elbow sleeves
- Knee sleeves/wraps
- Mouthpiece
o Equipment not allowed:
- Strongman Corp or OSG Grip Shirts
- Tacky of any kind
- Spiked Shoes
CAR DEADLIFT-AMRAP:
o 60 second time limit
o Full Lockout each rep
o You must wait for down command from judge
o Any intentional dropping, slamming or other disregard for equipment can result in a zero score for the event.
o Equipment allowed:
- Chalk
- Belt
- Wrist wraps
- Straps of any kind
- Elbow sleeves
- Knee sleeves/wraps
- Mouthpiece
o Equipment not allowed:
- Supportive suits of any kind
- Strongman Corp or OSG Grip Shirts
- Tacky of any kind
LOG CLEAN & PRESS-MAX:
o Wessels rules. (3 Attempts, if you miss, you’re done.)
o On a tie the athlete that opened heavier wins
o Weight Jumps:
- Women=10#
- Men=20#
o Log Size/Brand/Empty Weight
- Women=10"/Titan/75#
- Men=12"/PitBull/105#
o Time limit 60 seconds.
o Equipment allowed:
- Chalk

CONAN’S WHEEL-MAX DISTANCE:
o No Time Limit
o 1 Drop Allowed within the first ¼ Revolution, After that You Drop, You’re Done
o No Front Rack Position
o Walk Till You Can’t

STONE-OVER-BAR-AMRAP:
o Athlete will start with arms on crossbar
o At the start command Athletes will be given 60 seconds to lift the stone over the bar as many times as possible
o Spotter will roll the stone back
o Bar height

o ALL TACKY MUST BE CLEANED OFF IN THE DESIGNATED CLEANUP AREA. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A ZERO FOR THE EVENT & DQ FOR THE COMPETITION
