8:00-9:00am

Rules Meeting: 9:30am

No bouncing the bar off your chest. 

No butt lifting off the bench. 

Other than that, anything goes. No pause needed. just hit the lift and rack it. You can get a lift off from someone or not, but if they touch the bar, it doesn't count. No "ALL YOU BRO!" here. Keep that crap at your commercial gym.

Format:

We will be taking 10lb jumps from an empty barbell up to the heaviest lift of the day.

Rising Bar. Take as Many attempts as you want. Jump in and out as needed.
