Note: All Events are subject to change. This includes weight, implement, and overall event structure.

Event 1: Log Press for Reps

The athlete will have 45 Seconds from "go" to complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. The athlete only has to clean once and then press away. The athlete will wait for a "Down" Command on all reps. 

Equipment not allowed: Tacky, Tacky Spray

Equipment Allowed: Soft belt, Hard belt, Elbow and Knee sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk, grip shirt (any)

Event 2: Mini Car Deadlift for Reps

The athlete will have  45 seconds from "go" to complete as many deadlifts as possible. The athlete must wait for a "Down" command from the ref on all reps to be counted.

Equipment not allowed: Tacky, Tacky Spray

Equipment Allowed: Soft belt, Hard belt, Elbow and Knee sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk, Straps

Event 3: Farmers

The athlete will have a 50' lane. The implements must be carried 50' until the FRONT of the implement crosses the line. They will then set the handles down, turn around, pick them up again, and carry them back to the start line. Time is finished when the BACK of the handles passes the finish line. Unlimited drops.

Event 4: Loading Medley

Athlete will have 60s to carry and load 4 objects over the Yoke Bar. They must be moved from lightest to heaviest. The objects will be placed 10' away from the yoke.

Equipment Allowed: Soft belt, Hard belt, Elbow and Knee sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk

This event will be held alongside a multitude of other competitions (Adult Strongman, Bench Press Max Event, and a Hybrid Athlete style competition) 

There will be vendors, booths, and food for purchase on site. 

We are aiming to have it be a large event with lots going on, so plan accordingly.
