Event Logistics

Event will be happening at Dunbar Field @ Lions Park. 

We're working with the RedLion to put together a room block for athletes. Stay tuned for details. More info on the Cheyenne Celtic Festival's Facebook Page. 

Note the throwing schedule: 

Saturday:

 - Men's A
 - Men's B
 - Men's Masters
 - Women's Masters

Sunday: 

 - Men's Lightweight
 - Men's Masters Lightweight
 - Women's A
 - Women's B
 - Women's Lightweight
 - Men's C

Note that the throwing schedule is subject to change per registrations. We'll notify athletes via email as soon as we decide upon any changes. 

Uniform

Kilts are required at all times for participants. We will have some available for rent at check in. Competition shirts are provided, and we ask that participants wear them throughout the event out of respect for our sponsors. 

Class Caps

All classes will be capped at 12 athletes. If a class is full when you try to register, please reach out to a committee member (listed below) to be placed on a wait list. 

Refund Cut Off

Registration refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Meet Director’s after May 24th. 

Check-Ins

Check-Ins are between 8:00 and 8:30AM on the day that you're competing. 

Weight class athletes throwing on Sunday are invited to weigh in any time on Saturday after the games begin, or Sunday morning when they check in.
