All competitors must have a valid Strongman Corporation Card to be able to compete the day of the event.

QUALIFICATION:
If there is only 1 athlete in a class you will get a regionals bid
If there are 2-5 athletes a class:
1st place - Nationals and Regionals (2024) invites
2nd - Regionals (2024)
3rd - Regionals (2024)
If there are 6+ athletes in a class:
1st - Nationals and Regionals (2024)
2nd - Nationals and Regionals (2024)
3rd - Regionals (2024)
4th - Regionals (2024)
EVENTS
Max Circus Dumbbell (State Record)
- Athlete will begin with hands off the implement, at the judges go the athlete may clean the dumbbell with two hands to the shoulder, but must only press with one. A good rep is knees, hips, and arm locked out overhead. The dumbbell can not be over to the side, arm must be locked out straight over the shoulder. Athletes will get 3 attempts as long as they do not miss a previous, meaning if you miss your second attempt you do not get to take a 3rd, and your 1st attempt is your score.
- Competitor must wait for judge’s down command.
- Allowed: Wrist wraps, sleeves, chalk, grip shirts, belt
- Not Allowed: tacky, straps, USS grip shirts
Motorcycle Deadlift (Ukrainian Deadlift)
The Athlete will start on the boxes set up for the deadlift, hands will start off the implement, on the judges go the athlete can strap in if using straps, and will get :30 seconds to lift the motorcycle as many times as possible. Hitching is allowed, but safety is the utmost concern so please make note you will be on tall platforms performing this movement.
- A good lift will have the competitor with knees locked, hips through
- The competitor MUST wait for the down command or a no rep will be given.
- Allowed: Belts, chalk, sleeves (elbow or knee), wrist wraps, gloves, straps
- Not Allowed: Tacky, dropping from the top, baby oil, baby powder
Overhead Medley Axle, Keg, Axle, Keg
Athlete will start behind the axle, on the judges "go" command the athlete will clean and press the axle (1), the athlete will settle the axle down and move to the keg to clean and press (1) once settled down to the ground the athlete will go back to the axle perform one more clean and press, then move on to the keg to do one more clean and press. Score is time.
- Allowed: Belts, chalk, sleeves (elbow or knee), wrist wraps, gloves
- Not Allowed: Elbow wraps, tacky, dropping the implement from the top
Hammer Haul
Athlete will start behind a line, at the go command the athlete will go to the other side to grab their hammer and drag it across 30ft one way, and then back to the start line. Once completed the athlete will then pick up and strike a strike pad with a smaller hammer to end the run. Time stops when strike pad is hit.
- Allowed: Belts, chalk, sleeves, wrist wraps
- Not Allowed: Tacky, spray grip
Odd Object Load
Athlete will load 4 objects to a single height (48inch) platform. Objects include: Tires, atlas stones, keg, sandbag, fire hydrant. Athlete will start behind the first implement, they will pick and carry 30ft to the platform to perform the load, once the implement is on the platform the athlete can then go back and get the next item. If an object falls off the athlete MUST put it back on the platform before loading another implement.
- Allowed: Belts, chalk, sleeves, wrist wraps, gloves
- Not Allowed: Tacky, spray grip
