Athlete Meeting: Saturday, October 16, 8am

Weigh-Ins: Friday, October 15: 8am-9am, 6pm-7pm. Saturday, October 16: 7am-8am. All weigh-ins at contest location.

No charge for parking or spectators.

WEIGHT OVER BAR

• 60 second time limit
• All women: 14' height
• All men: 16' height
• Sandbag will start centered and 5' from the standard. Once time starts, athlete will grab sandbag and move into their choice of position and throw sandbag behind them over the standard WITH ONE HAND ONLY. After successful throw, they will move to the opposite side and throw again. Rep counts once sandbag hits ground.
• Belts, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk allowed. No tacky or gloves.

KEG CLEAN AND PRESS

• 60 second time limit
• Each rep will be ground to overhead.
• Successful lockout will be arms straight overhead with elbows, shoulders, hips and knees in alignment.
• Athlete cannot touch keg until times begins. Keg will begin standing upright.
• Belts, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk and USS approved grip shirts allowed. No tacky or gloves.

AXLE DEADLIFT

• 60 second time limit
• Touch and go reps allowed
• Athlete will begin standing behind bar and cannot grip bar until time begins. NO STRAPS.
• Belts, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk allowed. No straps, tacky or gloves.

SANDBAG MAX DISTANCE CARRY

• No time limit
• Athlete will carry sandbag max distance in front of body (no shouldering) for 100' increments. Distance will be measured after first drop.
• Belts, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk and USS approved grip shirts allowed. No tacky or gloves.
