Friday 10/8/21: 10a-12p OR 2-5pm 
Saturday 10/9/21: 8-9am
Athlete Meeting: 9am(Mandatory for all athletes)
Contest Time: 9:30am

ENTRY: $115 (competitors are given entrance to Fitness expo and all competitions occurring during)

ENTRY DEADLINE: 10/1/21

Contest t shirts- are covered in your entry fee. Please wear them for the beginning of the show during the picture. After that you may switch your shirt out if you wish. 

RULES:

**THE RULES BELOW ARE FOR ALL NOVICE, OPEN AND PRO CLASSES. RULES FOR ADAPTIVE ATHLETES WILL BE EMAILED TO THEM INDIVIDUALLY FOR ANY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS. ADAPTIVE CLASSES WILL CLOSE UNLESS THEY HAVE THREE ATHLETES TO RUN A FULL CLASS. 

Circus Dumbbell Press (clean every rep) 

*novice women, LWW and masters 8”, all other women 10”, men 12”
- 60 second time limit

- Complete as many reps as possible.

- Competitor will clean the CDB to their shoulder with two hands but MUST press with ONE hand

- A successful lift will have the competitor standing with hips through, locked knees and elbow locked at the top with head through

- Competitor must wait for judge’s down command. Competitor must clean and press every rep. 

Allowed: Wrist wraps, sleeves, chalk, grip shirts

Not allowed: Tacky, SC/OSG grip shirts, tree topping the implement 

Max Deadlift (Ohio DL Bar) 

 (NJ/PA State Records/XPC Qualifier for the Arnold 2022) 
- Wessels Rules

- Each attempt will have a 60 second time limit

- 3 attempts

- Hitching allowed 

- Competitor must wait for judges down command

- Men 50lbs jumps

- Women 20lbs jumps

Allowed: Straps, suits, chalk

Not allowed: Sumo, tacky, baby oil

Fingal’s Fingers (Women 8”x10’, Men 10”X10’). 

- 60 second time limit

- As many flips as possible

- Once athlete picks, the tire will be removed

- If finger needs to be put back down, tire will be replaced

Allowed: Belts, gloves, grip shirts, sleeves, wraps

Not allowed: Built up belts, SC/OSG grip shirts, tacky

Sandbag/Monster Yoke Medley
- 50’ course

- 60 second time limit

- Competitor will pick the first sandbag at the 25' line and carry to the yoke placing it in a basket on either side of the yoke

-Competitor will run back to a second sandbag at the 25' line and carry to the same yoke and place into second basket attached to the yoke

- Competitor will then turn around and pick the yoke, carrying it 50'

-No sliding yoke

- Unlimited drops

- Entire yoke must cross finish line

- Max distance will be measured for incomplete attempt

- Must be carried on back

Allowed: Chalk, sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirts

Not allowed: Tacky, SC/OSG grip shirts, throwing bag to gain distance or throwing bag into basket 

Truck/Boat Pull (2” rope with harness) 
- 60’ course

- 90 second time limit

- Max distance measured if competitor doesn’t finish course

- Truck/boat will be pulled with harness and rope to assist

Allowed: Gloves, sleeves, wrist wraps, chalk

Not allowed: Tacky
