This one's for the Strongwomen! Come and walk in your power and showcase your feats of badassery and strength!

Wagonwheel Deadlift (LMS) - Bar will start with wagonwheels only, and increase in weight by 50lb and 40lb jumps. Athletes are welcome to skip weights until they want to jump in, however if you skip several weights, jump in and then fail the lift, you will only be awarded points for the previous successful pull. 1 minute time allowance per lift. Athlete must wait for down command before setting down the weight. 

Truck Pull - Strap in and pull the truck as fast as you can! Weight will increase with each weight class. Time cap of 60 seconds to complete the pull. 

Yoke Walk / Husafell Medley - Walk yoke 50ft - front of yoke must cross the line - run back to husafell and carry 50ft to yoke. Repeat as many times as possible in 90 seconds. 

Log Press - For reps. Log must be cleaned and pressed for each rep. AMRAP in 60 Seconds. Athlete must wait for down command before proceeding to next rep. 

Novice, LW Open, MW Open will be using an 8" log

Heavyweight and up will be using a 12" log

Sandbag Throw for Height - Bar will begin at 12ft (subject to change). Athlete will be allowed 3 attempts at the height. If completed, athlete will move to next height. If athlete fails all 3 attempts, they will not move on. 

Mystery Event - It's a *~MYSTERY~*

Straps and chalk are allowed. Grip shirts may be worn for yoke walk/ husafell medley, and for log press if desired. 

Top 3 competitors from each open division will qualify for the 2023 USS Nationals.
