Overhead Press Medley:

Beginning at the power bar, the athlete will have 60 seconds to clean and press each implement. Belt cleans/continental cleans are allowed. 

Conan's Wheel:

Athletes will Zercher Conan's Wheel and carry it as far as they can. Once you drop, you are done. You will have a 60-second time limit. We’re in the process of having this implement fabricated. I will post all the specifications when they’re available. Check Instagram for any updates in the meantime! 

Head-to-Head Deadlifts:

Athletes will stare lovingly into each other's eyes while gripping and ripping a conventional deadlift as many times as possible in 60 seconds. No touch and go. No deadlift suits or shorts. Straps and chalk are a-ok. 

Arm-over-Arm Sled Pull:

Athletes will start standing or seated (athlete's choice) in a large tire. The goal is to pull the sled 50 ft, or as far as you can, within 60 seconds. 

Dinnie Hold:

Dinnie rings will be attached to loading pins. Athletes will lift both and hang on for dear life as long as possible. Time will start once standing locked out (legs fully straightened, body upright and braced) and stop when either pin touches the floor. 

Parking: Feel free to park in adjacent shopping strip spaces and the Dania parking lot.

Entry Fee: $10 at the door; children 12 and under get in free!
