Event 1: Fun Run Medley

• Competitors will be timed and tested maneuvering 4 different carrying implements. Sandbag, Husafel Stone, Keg, Farmers Handles.
  • Distance 50ft and run back for next implement.
  • No straps, belts ok, chalk okay

Event 2: King of the Log Press

• Competitor 1 will get one press and down command, competitor 2 will then press, 3,4,5... One attempt per up/down command. Pending class size, could be 1-10 competitors per class.

Event 3: Axle Deadlift 

• Competitors will have 60s to achieve the most amount of reps. Up and Down commands by judge will be cued.

Event 4: Classic Stone to Shoulder

• Competitors will have 75s to work their stone to shoulder. Option to work scaled stone for .5 points if you aren't well trained in this event.

Event 5: Squoke Circuit

• Competitors will have to yoke walk down to a Squat Rack and Perform 5 reps of back squat then proceed to take yoke back to start line.

Event 6: Mystery Event
