Event 1: Max Log
Wessel’s Rules. State Records will be available. Unlimited attempts with 60 seconds. Athlete will have three attempts for a max log. This will be a rising bar format (15lbs, 20lb jumps) A 12” log will be used for men and a 12” log will be used for women.
Additionally a 12" Log will be used for both Pro Men and Pro Women. Non-SC Grip Shirts/Shorts, Briefs, Wraps and all Sleeves are allowed.

Event 2: Head-to-Head Frame Carry
Time starts on command, athlete will carry frame 50ft. The tip of the frame must cross the finish line to complete the event. Unlimited drops are allowed. If the frame does not cross the line you will be scored by distance along with your time.
No Straps, No tacky, Chalk Only. No briefs. No gloves. However, (compression shorts and support gear allowed).
These frames are NOT to be dragged in any way. You will have one warning. And a second warning wich will be your last warning. If the frame is dragged again your distance stops where you are. Side note: these frames are very challenging to carry. So train that grip!
Event 3: Head-to-Head Deadlift
Athletes will go head-to-head in a 9" (conventional height) on deadlift bar. Athletes will begin a deadlift war for reps. Time starts when both athletes are strapped into the bar and ready. The Athletes will then complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. This is a stop and go style deadlift. Touch and go reps will NOT count towards overall reps. For this event NO deadlift suits, NO briefs. You may use compression shorts, straps, Figure 8's, sleeves, and chalk.
Event 4: Husafell Race
Athletes will race head-to-head. There will be two lanes for this event. Athletes will start on command and sprint to the Husafell stone. These stones will be picked from the ground and moved down and back for a total of 80ft, one drop will be allowed. If the course is not finished then you will be scored based on your time and distance. Chalk, Sleeves, Wraps, Compression Shorts are acceptable. NO GRIP SHIRTS, NO TACKY ALLOWED, Also there are no gloves allowed.
Event 5: Pikes Peak Stone Series
Athletes will load stones head-to-head. This event will be scored based on time and stones lifted. Athlete will stand 4 ft from the first stone. And will start on command. There will be two stone platforms, heights will be 45",50",55",45",42" - the platforms will be uniquely representing the peak of a mountain. Instead of the traditional descending platform, the platforms will ascend to the "peak" then descend. Stone weight will still ascend as usual. However keep in mind what would normally be a lighter stone at the highest platform - will in this case be a slightly heavier stone at the "peak" of the stone series. With the heaviest stone at the end at the series. Both athletes will start on the left side of the platforms. For this event Grip Shirts may be worn underneath competition shirts (NO STRONGMAN CORP. GRIP SHIRTS). You may use tacky, stone sleeves, grip shorts, wraps, and support sleeves. NO briefs.
TACKY MUST BE CLEANED IN DESIGNATED AREA OR YOU WILL ZERO THE EVENT.
