PRESS Medley: Circus Dumbbell/ Log

• Athletes will be given a "DOWN" command on a good rep. Lock out issues must be told to judges before taking your attempt.
• You can start on either Implement. 2 points for Circus Dumbbell, 1 point for Log. If you START ON THE LOG YOU CANNOT GO UP TO THE CIRCUS DUMBELL.
• Athletes will give Score Sheet to  judges and scorekeeper for tracking. If you miss your time, you take a 0.
• GEAR APPROVED: Wrist Wraps, Belts, Knee Sleeves, Lifters, and Chalk.
• NO BUILT UP BELTS, No TACKY or TACKY TOWELS, No SUITS.

• MAX STANDARD DEADLIFT: NATIONAL RECORD BREAKER 
  • 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts.
  • Wessels Rule applies. 
  • Hitching allowed. Hips and knees locked. Down command from the judge.
    • DEADLIFT SUITS or BRIEFS ALLOWED - 1 or the other.
    • Athletes will have 1 Minute to take their attempts.
    • NO TACKY, NO BUILT-UP BELTS, No Double up on Knee sleeves/ wraps. NO SUMO.

• CERBERUS STRENGTH Farmers Hold for Max Time.
  • Athletes will face off head to head for Max Time.
  • 1 pick, NO DROPS.
  • GEAR APPROVED: Wrist Wraps, Belts, Knee Sleeves, Chalk.
  • NO TACKY. NO BUILT-UP BELTS, no suits.

• Sandbag Load N Push:
  • 3 sandbags, 25ft a part. 100ft total. Load them into Truck, then push the truck. Truck will be a DEADSTOP at each load. PROS will have a 4th bag.
  • 60 second time limit
  • GEAR APPROVED: Wrist Wraps, Belts, Knee Sleeves, Tape.
  • NO TACKY. NO BUILT-UP BELTS.

• MYSTERY EVENT: TIRE LOAD
  • Athletes will SHOULDER or FRONT CARRY tires.
  • Tires will be loaded onto the front half of a Trailer
  • Athletes will have 90 seconds to complete. Time stops when your hand comes off the last implement and they are ALL LOADED FULLY onto the Trailer.
  • NO GLOVES, TACKY, TACKY TOWELS, or GRIP SHIRTS.
  • GEAR APPROVED: Wrist Wraps, Belts, Knee Sleeves, Tape.
