General Rules:

Kilts and Good Sportsmanship mandatory 

TACKY IS NOT PERMITTED FOR ANY OF THE EVENTS. 

Approved Equipment: Chalk, liquid chalk, wrist wraps, sleeves, belt, grip shirts. 

Please Note all weights are approximate and Promoter is allowed to change any events, weights or rules up to start of event. 

EVENT RULES:

Lepoko Gorbata ( Basque Necktie): First time this event has been used in the United States and in competition setting. This traditional circus trick will be scored on completed repetitions. Athlete will have 90 seconds for this event objective is to clean stone to chest and complete as many rotations around the head as possible in the time allowed. Athlete will have 30 seconds from start of time to clean stone to chest, or your attempt will be over. Athlete is permitted one drop upon begging of rotations. 

Stone to Shoulder: Athlete will have 60 seconds to do as many repetitions as possible. Clean to shoulder, clear a hand and receive down command. Pretty cut and dry. Please aim for the crash pad stones are solid but I'm always amazed by the destructive power of our athletes.

Husafel Carry: This is a distance event. Athlete will have 30 seconds to clean Husafel and cross the starting line. Once you have crossed the line your distance begins go as far as you are able turning at opposite end of the lane and return back to starting end. Repeat until the stone drops and where it lands will be measured for final distance.

General Admission: $25, Kids 12 & Under: FREE. You get full access to the expo, not just Strongman.

We will have a photographer on site!  ***Probably***

Wrist bands will be required for athletes in order to not pay the entrance fee. We will notify via email and update ironpodium as well.

Food is available at the venue.
