Early Weigh ins: Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 8-8:30am at Rehoboth Beach Barbell for Group 1.
1-1:30pm for Group 2.
Group 1 will be: Women + Novice Men
Group 2: All OPEN Men's classes
Group 1 will have morning weigh-ins/check in from 8-8:30am, contest START time is now 9am
Group 2 will check-ins from 1-1:30pm, contest START time is now 2pm.
Spectators will be allowed. Up to 2 spectators per athlete. $10 admission fee for spectators. Kids 12 years old and younger are free.

1) Press Medley - Axle/Log/Circus Dumbbell - must be done in order listed. 1 rep, 1 rep, as many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Must control each rep down to the ground.

5) Keg carry medley. Carry kegs 40 feet. Kegs will be at one of the course. Carry 1st keg 40 down the course and set on mat. Run back to start for 2nd keg, carry 40 feet and set down on the mat. Run back to 3rd keg, carry 40 feet, set down on mat. Hands off keg and time stops. 60 second time limit.
