Early Weigh ins: Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 9am-9:30am. Rules at 9:30am. Comp starts at 10am. 

Spectators will be allowed. $10 admission fee for spectators. Kids 12 years old and younger are free. You can only buy tickets through the email you registered with on ironpodium. 

Awards:
Trophies awarded in each class for 1st-3rd. 

If there are 2-5 athletes a class:

1st place - Nationals and Regionals (2023) invites

2nd - Regionals (2023)

3rd - Regionals (2023)

If there are 6+ athletes in a class:

1st - Nationals and Regionals (2023)

2nd - Nationals and Regionals (2023)

3rd - Regionals (2023)

4th - Regionals (2023)

Refunds: There are NO refunds or entry transfers. 

Events:

1) Max Axle Clean and Press. 30 second time limit. Clean and press overhead. Wessels rule. Max 3 attempts, make an attempt to get another, miss at any time and you are done. DE State Record Eligible

2)  Last Man Standing Mammoth Deadlift - Will be on tires and standing on platform. Standard height. No suits. Straps are OK. 30 second time limit. 

3) Yoke Race - Carry yoke 40 feet, drop, turn, re-pick and carry back 40 feet. 60 second time limit. Unlimited drops. 

4) Frame Carry - Athletes will be using Bartos Deadsled for carry. Pick height will be approximately 18". No straps allowed.  Carry 50 feet. 60 second time limit. Unlimited drops.

5) Atlas Stone Series. Heights will be determined and added after testing. 60 second time limit. Tacky ok. No grip shirts. 60 second time limit.
