Friday - 10am-11am or 5-6pm
Saturday 9am-9:30am. Rules at 9:30am. Comp starts at 10am.
Spectators will be allowed. $10 admission fee for spectators. Kids 12 years old and younger are free. You can only buy tickets through the email you registered with on ironpodium.
Any event is subject to change at promoter's discretion
Awards:
Trophies awarded in each class for 1st-3rd.

Refunds: There are NO refunds or entry transfers.
Events:
1) Circus DB clean and Press. 10" for women and 12" for men. Clean and press each rep. 60 second time limit. All dbs are cylinder type. No grip shirts.
2) Deadlift Medley - Deadsled, Axle, Barbell. Deadsled for 2 reps, Axle for 2 reps, Barbell for reps in remaining time. 60 second time limit. Deadsled will be at lowest setting. Axle and barbell from the floor. No suits. Straps ok. No grip shirts.
3) Man Standing throwbag over bar - 15 foot high for men and 12 foot height for women. You must take every bag. 30 second time limit. No grip shirts.
4) Max Distance Sandbag Carry - Turns at 50 feet. No time limit. No shouldering bag or walking backwards. Must carry bag in a "bear hug" fashion. No grip shirts. DE state record eligible Delaware State Records | teambixstrength
5) Atlas Stone Over Bar for reps with Trump stone. Lighter stone is worth 1 point, heavier stone is worth 2 points. 52" bar for men and 48" bar for women. 60 second time limit. Tacky ok. No grip shirts. 60 second time limit.
