Entry Deadline: Entries will be taken until 5 days before the contest but you must enter by be guaranteed 7/13/2021 a contest T shirt- COMP WILL BE UNCAPPED 
Rules Meeting: 830 Am (ALL ATHLETES MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO COMPETE)
Weigh-in: Friday 8/13/2021 9-11 and 3-5 Saturday 8:15-8:45

EVENT 1 MAX UK DEADLIFT:

Rules:

*Athletes  will start after judge's "go" command after time has begun. 

*60 second time limit from the Judge's "Go" command.

ALLOWED-Belt, knee/elbow sleeves, chalk, wrist wraps, 

NOT ALLOWED- Tacky/tacky towel, knee/elbow wraps, suits,straps 

EVENT 2 LOG CLEAN AND PRESS LADDER. 

*Competitor will have 60s to complete all 3 Logs time will start when given the lift command from the judge

*Competitor can begin with hands on the implement.

*Competitor will  be required to clean the log each time and then press for a rep.

*A completed rep will be given when implement is pressed fully overhead with hips through, elbows and knees locked and head through.

*The competitor will receive a zero for the event if they “tree top” the implement (Drop from overhead, down must be controlled)

ALLOWED: Chalk, wraps, sleeves, belts, gloves and grip shirts OK.

NOT ALLOWED tacky, straps.

EVENT 3 Famers Carry/ Keg Drag Medley

*Athletes can start with hands on Implement will start after judge's "go" command after time has begun.

*Athlete will carry Farmers 50 feet down to drop area, then will drag a keg 50 feet with fat grip handles back to starting line. Once Keg has fully crossed line time will stop.

*60 Second Time Limit- Distance will be taken if not completed.

ALLOWED: Chalk, Knee/Elbow sleeves, belts, Wrist Wraps

NOW ALLOWED: Tacky, Tacky Towel, Suits, gloves, knee/elbow wraps

EVENT 4 Keg Distance Throw:

Rules:

*Each Athlete will be given 3 attempts 

*Each person will throw once; this will go in a full rotation in your weight class, once all your class has thrown you will be given your 2nd then 3rd attempt. Your best throw will count. 

*These will be LONG slender kegs not a standard keg. 

30 Second Time Limit to throw

ALLOWED-Belt, knee/elbow sleeves, chalk, wrist wraps
