Top 3 in each open class will qualify for nationals 2022, as well as the winner of each novice division.

Weight ins will be held Friday April, 1 from 3-5 and the day of from 7-9

Rules meeting will be held at 9

EVENTS:

LOG PRESS: Athlete will have 60 seconds to clean and press EACH REP. Belts, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and chalk are allowed

FRAME DEADLIFT: Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. Titan farmers handles with the frame attachment will be used. Frame will be set on top of boards to keep from smashing your feet. Height will be about 16.5" Straps are allowed. Deadlift suits are NOT allowed

SANDBAG/HUSSAFELL MEDLEY: Athlete will have 60 seconds to carry the two implements 50 feet each. If you cannot finish a distance will be given. Time will stop when hands are off of the final implement. Implements will start on the same side. Tacky is NOT allowed

ARM OVER ARM PULL: Athlete will have 60 seconds to pull a sled 50 feet. If unable to finish a distance will be given.

SANDBAG OVER BAR: Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. After each rep athlete will run around the yoke to the other side for the next rep. Women's height is 48" Men's height is 52"
