We are excited to announce the EFInStrong competition is expanding to add in Team comp events. This will be running alongside the main EFInStrong man/woman competition. For now, we will open it up to 3 divisions If we have enough entries to divide them into weight classes we will. 

EVENTS and WEIGHTS MAY CHANGE

Events:

1. Tandem Deadlift for max weight it will be 3 attempts per team for max weight
2. Team Carry Event, this is still being put together.
3. Tug of War, this will be a bracket style event!
