5th Annual EFInStrong 2025
If you are not familiar with EFInStrong our top Priority is growing the community and introducing new athletes to the sport of Strongman!
No Refunds: Due to the nature of the sport and my allocations we make every penny count. We start utilizing the money as soon as it is available to secure rentals, staff, and welcome items.
Learner Division: Last year we introduced the learner division, and we loved it, so we are bringing it back for 2025. There are a few rules and details to consider so please read the below. In the learner division you will be paired with a coach and be given tutorials and assistance during warmups then you will make your attempts to test your ability.
Please Read Before Choosing Learner!
- Learners should not be currently coached, If you have a coach specific to strongman or powerlifting you should be in Novice or Higher. We will have coaches on sight to give you assistance.
- Learners should not have any experience in a strength sport competition. CrossFit, Powerlifting, and especially Strongman.
- Learners division does not qualify for awards or special recognition. You are using this as a way to dip your toe into the competition experience. As this does not qualify you for awards you are not expected to pay the full price. Use Code "Learner" to save $20 on your entry. This will cover your shirt and welcome bag.
- If you sign up for learner and want to move up to novice you will be able to do so simply contact the comp director.
Prizes: Winners of all divisions (Excluding Learner Divisions) will be awarded a trophy. 2nd and 3rd place positions will receive a custom medal.
Cash Prizes: Due to the increase in cost of everything, we are attempting to keep the entry fee from rising. That being said, for the 2025 season cash prize of $50 will be 1st place only in open divisions with at least 10 athletes.
Welcome bags: We are working with sponsors now to put together a quality welcome bag.
T-shirts: All athletes will get one t-shirt with their last name on the back. Additional shirts can be ordered through iron podium, but if you want your name on the additional shirts you will need to send me a message.
Events: Events and weights are subject to change. Notice will be given to all registered athletes if an Event is changed.
Event 1: Max Axle Deadlift
