Welcome to the 4th Annual EFInStrong competition! We created this event in the hopes it would be an introductory to strongman style competition, but it has grown and evolved so much over the past few installments, so we are doing something a little different this time.

Events: These are subject to change
- Max Hummer Tire Floor Press- Contestants will have 3 attempts. You will lay on the floor under the bar and will be given a press command. You will have 30 seconds to complete the lift and must receive the down call. Legs must be straight out and butt cannot leave the floor during the press. Weight will increase in increments of 10 or 20lbs depending on your division.
- Vehicle Pull- Contestants will be strapped into a harness and pull a vehicle 50ft. You will have a rope to pull with your hands.
- Yoke Carry- You will carry the yoke 50ft for the fastest time.
- "Lift and Press USA" Car Deadlift- We will have cars of various sizes. For the learner's division we will either have a small recreational vehicle or a bar loaded with weight on the platform
- Captain America Hold- A favorite of ours from the inaugural Limit Breaker competition. Contestants will have 2 ropes. One will be tied to an anchor point and the other will tied to a leg press sled. The weight will be increased every 10 seconds. Contestants will have to hold both ropes for as long as possible.
Divisions:
You may have noticed the "Learner" Division, this is a new EFInStrong creation to give those wanting to see what it's like to do these types of events without the pressure. This will be limited to 5 people. There are a few things you need to know about the learner's division.
- you cannot have competed in any strength-based competition prior to this event to be in this division.
- you should be in the first year of any strength competition training program.
- There will be no prizes for this division, it is designed just for experience and enjoyment.
- Due to the fact there are no prizes entry into this division will be heavily reduced. (Essentially covering shirts and misc. costs)
- Use Code "LEARNER" for $35 off your registration.
Women's Divisions are subject to change, if there is a need to expand, we will consider it.

Prizes: (excluding Learners Division)
Cash
- Divisions with at least 5 entries will have a cash Prize for 1st Place
- Divisions with 6-10 entries will have a cash Prize for 1st and 2nd Place.
- Divisions with 11 or more will have cash Prizes for all podium finishes.
Trophies
We are currently in the process of determining the trophies for 2024
Other
1st Place in all open divisions will be invited to the 2025 Limit Breaker Invitational.
