Event 1 

Farmers Carry. Max Distance Farmer's Carry. Turns every 30 feet. 2 drop max. No straps, no tacky. 

Event 2 

Yoke/Sandbag Medley - Athlete will walk Yoke 50', return to starting line to pick up and walk 1st sandbag 50' and loading over yoke crossbar, before returning and grabbing second sandbag to carry the same 50' and same load over yoke. Grip shirts ok!

Event 3

Double Overhand Axle Deadlift. Same rules as last year. No Straps. No Tacky. 3 reps to find a 1RM. If you miss a lift you are out. 60 seconds to complete a successful lift

Event 4 

Overhead Ladder - Circus Dumbell, Keg, Axel, Log - Competitor will do one rep of each implement until the log. The log will be clean and press away. 1 bonus point for each press. 60 second time limit

Event 5 

Last man standing stone over bar. Yoke will be set at 40". Last place will start against next to last place. Once one of them cannot successfully load the stone (30sec max) second to last will jump in and continue. First place going into the finals will be the last competitor to jump in. WINNER TAKES ALL. So if you are in last place but you outlast all the other competitors in your division, you win!
