Its that time again for our Halloween meet. We will also have a Halloween party after, so bring a costume and BYOB.
Rules and warm-ups start at Noon. Lifting will start at 1230PM. Party is at 6PM
Event 1 - Circus Dumbbell, Log Medley
Start with either implement and you have 60 secs to complete as many reps with both implements as possible
All gear alllowed

Event 2 - Max keg (3 attempts)
Jump in when we call out the keg weight you want and you have 2 attempts per weight within 60 seconds

Event 3- Last one standing axle 21" deadlift
