are based on availability and do not include local and state taxes (total of 11%).

Venue:

We are excited to announce that we listened to your feedback and have made a great venue change. We will be indoors, have air conditioning. Lots of parking. Stadium style seating for spectators. Food and drinks! We will be on center ice at Wings Stadium.

Spectator Tickets: Tickets will be sold at the door. There are no pre-order tickets for this event. Wings Stadium will be taking care of all ticket sales.

Event 1

Whiskey Barrel Frame Carry-  50 feet distance.  Athletes can not place hands on implement before the "Go" command, athlete will remain in upright position until head judge gives the "Go" command. Time cap for completion of the 50ft is 60sec. Unlimited drops during the event. The ENTIRE Implement must pass the line. 

Allowed:Wrist wraps, sleeves, belt, chalk OK. 

Not Allowed:  straps, tacky/tack towel/tack spray

Event 2

4x4 Deadlift- Implement will be 18in high and the bar will be square with a measurement of 4in by 4in. Athlete will start hands off the implement they will be given a 60 second time limit to lift and complete as many reps as possible. Athlete must wait for judges down command. Lockout consists of knees fully locked, hips through, and  shoulders back (aka: standing fully erect). Hitching is permitted. Sumo stance is not permitted. Athlete does not have to wait for a lift command after each rep. Dropping the implement on purpose will result in athlete being disqualified from that event.

Allowed: Straps, belt, knee sleeves, suits

Not allowed: Tacky of any sort

Event 3

Log clean and press-  Clean and Press each rep.  Athletes can't touch implement until the "Go" command. A press will be considered good when the athlete shows control of the implement with it locked out overhead, with shoulders, hips, and knees stacked. All kinds of pressing are allowed, split jerk, power jerk, push press. A “down” command will be given when the judge determines the lift complete. Athlete does NOT have to wait for an up command. If weight is dropped from overhead without control, athletes time will stop and be disqualified from event. Time cap for event is 60sec. 

Allowed: wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, belts, grip shirts. 

Not Allowed: Tacky of any sort

Event 4

Steeple Chase- Athlete will start with hands off the sandbag. Athlete will take 1 bag down 25ft and toss it over the yoke. Athlete will run back and retrieve the other sand bag and toss it over the yoke. Athlete will then go under the yoke, pick up a sandbag and carry it the rest of the 25ft. Athlete will run back and retrieve the other sandbag and cross it over the line. Time limit is 60 seconds. Time stops once both bags are completely over the finish line. 

Allowed: Belt, sleeves, wrist wraps

Not Allowed: Tacky of any sort

Event 5

Atlas Stone Medley- Athletes will have 90 seconds to place each atlas stone on top of each platform. Athlete will start with lightest stone and load it to the highest platform. They will then continue to the next stone and continue the sequence. Stone must be controlled on top of platform to move onto next stone. Time stops once all stones are loaded to each platform.

Allowed: Everything is allowed
