Fit Body U’s First annual Brawlhalla is a contest designed to help encourage athletes  that have always wanted to do a contest but have never jumped in yet!! All the events have been created for the brand new lifter to the intermediate. If you’re a pro looking for a monster challenge this isn’t going to be for you. (Just being honest) 

 Proceeds from this contest will be going to Let’s Ketchup, A nonprofit organization that works to ensure all students have access to proper nutrition! 
  So know that not only will be having a good time and challenging yourself. You will also be supporting an amazing organization for the youth! 

 Stacked Nutrition has been amazing enough to have donated prizes for our top finishers! 
 Pique Medical will be there helping athletes with their needs by providing optional rehydration treatment.

First Event - Max Log. Three attempts to put up the most weigh possible. ( No Tacky or suits, grip shirts are allowed)

Second Event - Farmer Walk 50ft. Athlete will carry a set weight in each hand 50ft one way. fastest time possible. 

Third Event - 13 inch Axle deadlift for reps. Athlete will have 60 seconds to do as many reps as they can. ( No Tacky or Suits )

Fourth Event - Chain hold. Athlete will one a chain in each hand for as long as possible! 

 

Weigh ins will be done Saturday the 18th at Fit body U from 3pm to 5pm

Athlete meeting noon

start time 1pm

This will be an outdoor event (weather permitting) so please be prepared.
