1st Annual Fittest on the Farm at the Country Apple Orchard!

All proceeds will be donated to the South Dakota Make-A-Wish Foundation. 

All lifters will be given two daily admission passes to the Country Apple Orchard's Fall Festival. Lifters also receive a meet shirt to be worn during the competition.

Medals will be given for 1st-3rd place.

Weigh-ins will occur the day before at Crossfit 605.

Event Details:

Tractor Pull: Implement will start behind the line and finish completely over the line for 50 feet.  Lifters will be harnessed to the tractor and pull it behind them. One minute to complete; distance will be measured if tractor does not cross the finish line.

Farmers Carry: Farmer's Carry handles must be lifted and carried 50 ft around a marker and returned to the starting line.  Weights shown are per hand. Chalk allowed. NO STRAPS OR TACKY

Tractor Deadlift for Reps: Lifters will a tractor using a deadlift frame. Straps, belt, chalk, and double-belt all allowed.  Full lockout for good lift with down commands from judge.  As many reps as possible in one minute. NO SUITS, BRIEFS OR TACKY.

Yoke: Implement will start behind the line and finish completely over the line for 50 feet.  Two second penalty for sliding or early start.  Multiple picks allowed.  One minute to complete.

*In the event of a tie*

Axle Clean and Press: Implement will start on the ground. Lifter must clean once then press away for as many reps in a minute. Arms must be locked out and a down command given for the rep to count. Axle may be dropped and re-cleaned during the running minute. Other lifters may compete in this event for fun as a final event.
