Fullsterkur Shield Maiden Showdown at Texas Viking Festival
$80
Paige, TX
Fullsterkur Shield Maiden Showdown at the TEXAS VIKING FESTIVAL!
Make Odin proud and come out to Valkyrie Ranch for this Winter Solstice competition!
We are so proud to partner with and bring STRONGMAN to the Texas Viking Festival...
This is an incredibly fun, family friendly event with so much to do (aside from watching spectacular feats of strength)...
There will be a GENUINE VIKING VILLAGE, countless vendors, tons of food (who likes smoked turkey legs?), crafts, games (did someone say axe throwing?), music, mead, fire dancing, full armored knight combat, and SO MUCH MORE!!!
We will be constructing a Viking Ship for the athletes to do an arm over arm pull across the lake that is situated right next to the competition field...
We will be cutting down some trees to make CUSTOM TRUE LOGS engraved with dragon heads on each end and Viking Runes carved into the body...these will be for sale post show!
Oh, and we will be have archers light the Viking ship ablaze as a finale to the show!
There will also be a Highland games event the day after (Sunday) at the Festival. We will announce the details for that this upcoming week. There will be an option to compete in both the Strongman competition and Highland Games event!
There will be on site camping available so you can truly immerse yourself in the experience!
I buried the lead though...
There will be a minimum of 2k in PRIZE MONEY for winners!
We will be reaching out to sponsors to get that prize money total as high as possible by December...
