1. competition shirt must be worn at all time except press medley
2. no built up belts
3. no spray adhesive, tacky or tacky towel
4. no baby powder
5. ONLY USS GRIP SHIRTS ALLOWED!
6. shoes must be worn at all times
7. NO SUITS OR BRIEFS

Press Medley: CDB/AXLE/LOG

• 1 rep CDB/ 1 rep Axle / Log AMRAP
• women‘s CDB & log 10”
• Mens CDB & log 12”
• must complete implements in order
• must be fully locked out, head through and receive down command for rep to count
• any issues with full lockout is the athletes responsibility to let the judge know prior to event
• log is press away for as many reps as possible for remained of the 60 seconds
• all weight must be controlled down, implements may not be dropped from overhead
• allowed: grip shirt, belt, wrist wraps, knee/elbow sleeves, chalk

18' tire deadlift

• 60 seconds AMRAP
• may start strapped onto bar
• hips must be through and full lockout
• weight must be controlled to the ground, no dropping from waist
• NO BOUNCING!!  Every rep must come to a dead stop prior to next pull
• NO SUITS
• allowed: straps, belt, knee sleeves, chalk, hitching/ramping

Fingal's Fingers

• 60 second max reps
• fingers will be in horizontal position, athlete must lift and flip the implement to the other side.
• athlete will flip the implement back and forth as many times as possible in the 60 seconds
• allowed: gloves, belts, wrist wraps, elbow/knee sleeves, chalk

Hand Over Hand Truck Pull

• 60 seconds to pull vehicle (have to decide on distance still)
• will be seated in a tire (YouTube videos for clarification)
• front of the vehicle must cross the finish line for time to stop
• allowed: wrist wraps, belt, knee/elbow sleeves, gloves, chalk

Mystery Event
