Calling all Brawny Babes! The Battle of the Brawny Babes is back for its second year! Come lift heavy, meet other badass babes and support a good cause! A portion of the proceeds from this event will be going to the Women's and Children's Alliance of Boise which provides shelter and support for women and children seeking refuge from domestic violence and SA. This event will be held at the Powderhaus Brewery in Garden City, Idaho. Every athlete will receive a swag bag and an entry into a raffle.

Weigh-ins

There will be two options for weigh-ins. Friday night weigh-in will be held at Powderhaus Brewing Company from 4-6p.m. Saturday morning weigh-ins will be from 9:30-10a.m. at the event location, Powderhaus Brewing Company.

Events

Trump Log- There will be two logs of different sizes and weights, side by side.  Athlete can go back and forth between the logs but will receive 1 point for each rep with the smaller/lighter log and 3 points for each rep with the bigger/heavier log.  This can be done in a press away style. Athlete does not need to clean every rep. There will be a 60 sec time cap.

Dinnie Deadlift- Dinnie handles will be set at 18" and 20". The weight of both front and back implements will be the same.  Athletes must achieve full lock-out and wait for the down command after each rep. No straps. Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible.

Arm over Arm Sled Pull: Athlete will be stationary, and pull the sled hand over hand for 50". Athletes will be in a seated position and will be able to brace their feet. 60- second time cap.

Keg over Bar- Athletes will load a keg over a 48" bar for as many reps as possible. A spotter will guide the keg back to the athlete after each rep. No Tacky. 60-second time cap. 

Farmer Carry- Weight listed in the description is per hand. Athletes will carry the implement 50' down and 50' back with a time cap of 60 seconds. Athletes will be allowed 3 drops only. No straps allowed.

No tacky or suit will be allowed for any event.
