Entry Deadline: Entries will be taken until the day before the contest but you must enter by 5/15/21 to be guaranteed a contest T shirt.

Rules Meeting: 830am (ALL ATHLETES MUST BE IN ATTENDANCE TO COMPETE)

Weigh-in: Friday 5/21/21 from  5-7pm at Iron Keel Strength 3311 E 518 Suite 200 League City TX

Saturday 5/22/21 from 700am-800am at The Kemah Boardwalk

Location: The Kemah Boardwalk

Awards: Trophies & goody bags for 1-3rd place in all divisions/classes.

Divisions: **Weight classes/class sub divisions will be combined if there are less than 5 competitors signed up**

Events:
1.) Wagon Wheel Deadlift for Reps
2.) Sandbag Medley
3.) Log Press for Reps
4.) Sandbag Toss Over Bar

EVENT 1- Wagon Wheel Deadlift for Reps (Head to Head)

Rules:
*Athlete may start with hands on the bar (strapped in).
*60 second time limit from the Judge's "Go" command to deadlift the bar for max reps in the minute.
*Athletes will be given a down AND up command...no "touch and go".
*straps, belt, knee/elbow sleeves, chalk, wrist wraps, hitching ALLOWED
*Tacky/tacky towel, knee/elbow wraps, suits NOT ALLOWED
 

EVENT 2- Sand Bag Medley

*Athlete has 60 seconds to pick, carry three sandbags 50' down and load over bar. Height TBD

*Time will start on judge's "go" command. Athletes may start with hands OFF the Sandbag. Sandbags will be loaded lightest to heaviest.
*Belt, chalk, knee/elbow sleeves, wrist wraps allowed
*Suits, tacky/tacky towel, knee/elbow wraps, NOT ALLOWED

*Unlimited drops

EVENT 3- Log Press for Reps (Clean each Rep)
Rules:
*Athlete can start with hands ON implement
*60 second time limit from judge's "go" command to complete a successful rep
*Wrist wraps, elbow/knee sleeves, chalk, grip shirts, belt with buckle or lever ALLOWED.
*Straps, suits, tacky/tacky towels, elbow/knee wraps NOT ALLOWED.
*Elbows/knees must be extended and feet must be parallel to get the "down" call from judge. Must wait for down call for rep to be counted.
*strict press, push press, push jerk, power jerk, split jerk ALLOWED.

Women 8"Log , Men 12"Log

EVENT 4- Sandbag Toss Over Bar (Max Height)

Rules:

*Height will start at 10 feet for all classes and increase in one foot increments. 

*Every athlete can choose to attempt that height or pass

*One missed Height and done. Scored off last completed Height
*Athlete will have 30 seconds from the judge's "go" command to toss one bag over a bar.
*Belt, wrist wraps, elbow/knee sleeves, chalk ALLOWED.
*Suits, elbow/knee wraps, straps, tacky/tacky towel NOT ALLOWED.
