Rules Meeting 9:30 Mandatory. 

Prizes for 1st place in each class. 

LW women’s novice (-165)

HW women’s novice (165+) 

Open Women’s (No weigh in) 

LW men’s novice (-220)

HW men’s novice (220+) 

Open men’s (No weigh in)

1- Farmers for max distance 30 seconds

-No tacky or straps or tacky towels

-Chalk only 

-No drops for total run 

-Turn either left or right at end of 50’

-30 second time limit

 2- Log Clean and Press every rep 60 seconds 

- 60 second time limit

- Complete as many reps as possible.

- Competitor will clean the log and press the weight overhead

- A successful lift will have the competitor standing with hips through, locked knees and elbow locked at the top with head through

- Competitors must wait for the judge's down command. Competitor must clean and press every rep. 

- Women will be using an 8" log.  Men will be using a 10"  log. 

Allowed: Wrist wraps, sleeves, chalk, grip shirts, belt, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves

3- Axle Deadlift 60 seconds

 60 second time limit

- Complete as many reps as possible

- Competitor must wait for the judge's down command. Touch and Go OK. 

- Hitching allowed 

Allowed: Straps, belt, chalk

4- Yoke 50 ft. (unlimited drops) 60 second time limit or distance given if course not completed

- 50ft one way

- 60 second time limit

- Max distance measured if competitor doesn’t finish course

Allowed: Chalk, wraps, belt, sleeves.

5- Bag Over Bar presented by Ludus Imperium Sandbags! 

-Loading height-44” for women 48” for men 

-No tacky, no grip shirt. 

-Chalk/wrist wraps only.

-60 second time limit

-under or around the loading bar okay
