Hamilton (AZ) vs. No. 18 Basha (AZ) at 7:00pm PT The MaxPreps Game of the Week heads to Arizona as No. 18 Basha (Chandler) hosts rival Hamilton (Chandler). The neighboring schools are both undefeated (7-0) and occupy the top two spots in the state rankings.

High school football's weekend slate is headlined by No. 18 Basha (Chandler) hosting Hamilton (Chandler) in a matchup of Arizona's top two teams Friday.

Basha hasn't lost a game at home in two years and is the No. 1 team in the Grand Canyon State. The Bears are powered by a strong offensive line featuring a pair of four-star juniors in Jake Hildebrand and DaJohn Yarborough.

Hamilton is led by a pair of stellar sophomores in junior quarterback Jax Sculley and four-star wide receiver Roye Oliver III.

Last Friday, Sculley passed for 444 yards and Oliver had 284 receiving yards – both school records. Oliver is also 142 yards away from breaking the school record for single-season receiving yards.

In Texas, Prosper hosts Allen in a matchup of 7-0 teams. Allen sits just outside of the MaxPreps Top 25 and could find its way in with a win. These teams are ranked No. 2 and 3 in the 6A-Division 1 projected playoff bracket and could meet again in the postseason.

No. 4 IMG Academy (Bradenton, Fla.) welcomes East St. Louis, the No. 1 team in Illinois on Saturday. The Flyers are led by five-star junior running back Myson Johnson-Cook, who averages 11.6 yards per carry.

Johnson-Cook will have his toughest test of the season going against a defense with 12 players rated as four-star prospects or higher.

IMG also has six five-stars on offense including three offensive linemen, quarterback Jayden Wade and a pair of wide receivers.
