Rules/start time: Rules will be at 9:30, start time 10:00am

Trophies awarded in each class for 1st-3rd. Winner of each open class qualifies for Nationals..
Events
1) Axle Clean and Press for reps - 60 seconds per attempt
2) Axle deadlift for reps - no suits, straps ok - 60 second time limit - up and down commands
3) Yoke Carry - 40 feet down, drop turn, 40 feet back - 60 second time limit.
4) Max distance hussafel carry - turns at 50 feet
5) Atlas stone over bar for reps - 60 seconds - 46" bar for women - 52" bar for men
