Top 3 places in open class and 1st place in Novice  qualifies for nationals in June 2022

Awards will be given to top 3 in every class.

ALL RULES AND WEIGHTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

*Axle clean and press (Max for state record)- Athletes will have 3 attempts to complete the heaviest axle clean and press over head . Athlete may jump in when they are ready for there first attempt . If you miss an attempt you can not proceed to another weight .  Athlete will start with hands off bar and when commanded Go, will clean and press any way possible to an overhead locked position with elbows locked showing control. Strict, push, push jerk, split jerk are all allowed. Belt cleans are allowed but you must make contact at another point before coming to shoulders. Athletes  will have  60 seconds time frame with as many attempts as you like within the 60 seconds . Allowed- belts, sleeves,chalk, wrist wraps, grip shirts . NO tacky or straps No SC or OSG grip shirts 

Jumps

*Frame Deadlift (for reps) - Athlete will start strapped in or hands on frame . When commanded go, athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds . Athlete will be given only a down command after the initial lift command. To receive a down command you must be in a upright locked position with knees locked, hips forward and shoulders back showing control of the implement . Frame pick Height will be 16 inches.

 Allowed- belts, sleeves, chalk, straps, wrist wraps, compression shorts  NO suits 

*Husafel carry - (for time or distance) - Athlete will start with hands off husafel. When given the go command , athlete will pick and carry the implement 50 feet down, touch the line , turn and carry the husafel 50 feet back . Time will stop when athlete and implement cross the line. 

Allowed - belts, sleeves, chalk, grip shirts, wraps NO tacky, SC or OSG grip shirts 

*Stone over Bar -( for reps ) -Athlete will start with arms on yoke . When commanded to go, athlete will pick and load stone up and over the set bar height (heights listed below). The volunteer will then feed the stone back to the athlete and repeat for as many reps as possible in 60 seconds.

Women heights- 48"

Men- 52"

*Seated truck Pull  (for time or distance 60 feet )-  Athlete will start with hands on rope seated in a tire  with full tension . When commanded to go athlete will pull rope as fast as possible to bring vehicle across the finish line . Full distance is 60 feet. Distance will be measured for attempts that do not finish in time limit. Clock stops when truck crosses 60 foot line . 

Allowed- chalk, gloves, sleeves, wrist wraps NO tacky
