RULES:
Press Medley
- 4 Implements - Log, Axle, DB, Sandbag for reps
- 75 second time limit
- Clean and Press the first 3 implements in any order. Then press the sandbag for reps
- Competitor must wait for judge’s down command.
Allowed: Wrist wraps, sleeves, chalk, grip shirts, belt, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves
Farmers Carry and Deadlift Medley
- 60 second time limit
- Deadlift Farmers 3 times, after 3rd down command, pick and carry farmers 30ft. Drop farmers. Deadlift farmers 3 times, after 3rd down command, pick and carry farmers 30ft.
- Fastest time wins.
Allowed: Belt, chalk, sleeves, wraps.
Not allowed: straps
Yoke Carry to Sandbag Carry and Load
- 60 second time limit
- 30ft course. Carry yoke down, run back, carry sandbag and load over yoke.
- The yoke height you are loading over is whatever yoke height you select to carry.
Allowed: Chalk, wraps, belt, sleeves.
Harness Truck Pull
