Events:
Circus Dumbbell Medley - First dumbbell is a set of circus dumbbells, these will be relatively light but the catch is they have 2in handles and you have to press them at the same time, one in each hand. Next 3 dumbbells will gradually increase in weight. Dumbbells must be pressed to lockout before continuing to the next. Chalk, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belts are all allowed.
Conan's Wheel - Carry the wheel as many revolutions as possible. Ground will be marked with distance, athletes must walk past mark to count as a point. Apparatus may not touch the ground once in motion or it will stop there. Athlete may adjust load as long as apparatus does not touch the ground. Elbow sleeves, belts, knee sleeves, chalk are allowed.
Car Deadlift - Neutral or conventional handles can be used, whichever you prefer. This a a simple deadlift for reps. Wraps, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves belts, chalk are allowed.
Yoke Carry to Sandbag Over Bar - Carry the yoke on your shoulders down to the sandbag (40ft) then load the sandbag over the bar at your yoke carry hight. Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belts, chalk are allowed.
Keg Toss - 6 shorty kegs over a 12' or 15' bar, depending on weight class, in the fastest time. Time is scored when the hits the ground after clearing the bar. Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belts, chalk are allowed.
