Come ready to compete!  You want to MAX out, No Cardio, No Medley, Just pick up heavy stuff and put it down?  This is your event.  Not only that but it's at one of the best Breweries around, Cabarrus Brewing.  Not only will spectators get to watch the freak show but they can drink awesome beer while doing it.

Max Farmers hold for time

This is a record breaker / max effort event. 

• Wessels Rules
• Three attempts for max lift
• When/ if you miss one of your lifts you are done for that lift
• Everyone will complete the farmers hold for time

This is a charity event and we will be making a donation or donations to local charities for the holidays.
