THIS EVENT IS A NATIONAL QUALIFIER. Complete the 4 events to secure an invite to United States Strongman Nationals 2026 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa!
***Any level of athlete may enter this competition. We are not offering Novice Class as it will help with recording National Invites. If you are a novice just enter an open class of your choosing that best reflects your competition weight.
Weight classes will NOT be combined for this competition.***
TOY DRIVE: Athletes are encouraged to bring a toy. Spectators are encouraged to bring a toy for entry. (Cash donations also welcome.)

EVENTS:
Choose one pressing event: Max Log or Max Axle. Wessel's Rule: 3 attempts to find a Max. Miss attempt athlete is eliminated. Athlete will have 60 seconds to get a down command. No resting of the implements on the head. You must return to the rack position after implements rests on head to receive down command. 20lbs jumps. Chip weight allowed for record breaking attempts only. 5lbs minimum chip weight.
•Max Log Clean & Press - 12" for men, 10" for women. 60 second time limit per attempt. Wessel's Rule: 3 attempts to find a Max Lift, miss an attempt athlete is eliminated.
•Max Axle Clean & Press - 60 second time limit per attempt.
Equipment Allowed: Chalk, Grip Shirts, 1 soft belt / 1 hard belt or both, Elbow Sleeves, Wrist Wraps allowed, Knee Sleeves, Knee Wraps. Belt Cleans allowed.
Equipment Not Allowed: Suits, Briefs, Elbow Wraps, Bare feet, Anything sticky.
Choose one deadlift event: Max 18" Deadlift or Max Standard Deadlift. Wessel's Rule: 3 attempts to find a Max. Miss attempt athlete is eliminated. Athlete will have 60 seconds to get a down command. 30lbs jumps. Chip weight allowed for record breaking attempts only. 5lbs minimum chip weight.
•Max Standard Deadlift - 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts. (Texas DL Bar)
•Max 18 Inch Deadlift - 60 second time limit per attempt. 3 attempts. (Blocks) (Texas Power Bar)
Equipment Allowed: Chalk, Suits, Briefs, 1 soft belt / 1 hard belt or both, Straps, Figure 8 Straps, Elbow Sleeves, Wrist Wraps allowed, Knee Sleeves, Knee Wraps. Belt Cleans allowed.

All Athletes:
Farmer Hold for Time - Max time. Time starts on lockout, ends when either implement hits the floor. Weight is determined by Weight Class.
Equipment Allowed: Chalk, Grip Shirts, 1 soft belt / 1 hard belt or both, Elbow Sleeves, Wrist Wraps allowed, Knee Sleeves, Knee Wraps.
Equipment Not Allowed: Suits, Briefs, Straps, Figure 8 straps, Lifting hooks, Bare feet, Anything sticky.
Max Atlas Stone Load - 44inch height for Women. 48inch height for Men. At no point may the loading bar or platform be used to assist the lift. Incidental contact with the bar or platform is permitted, provided it does not aid in the successful execution of the lift.
Equipment Allowed: Tacky, Tacky Towel, Forearm guards, Chalk, Grip Shirts, 1 soft belt / 1 hard belt or both, Elbow Sleeves, Wrist Wraps allowed, Knee Sleeves, Knee Wraps.
Equipment Not Allowed: Suits, Briefs, Straps, Figure 8 straps, Lifting hooks, Bare feet, Anything sticky other than tacky or tacky towel.
