Welcome to the first annual Kids HOT strongman classic!

This event is for kids up to the age of 12. Both boys and girls are allowed to compete!

Divisions will be broken down by age not weight.

When entering for the show please select either the male or female category, disregard the weight class, but still select it for male or female.  For T-shirt size they WILL BE YOUTH SIZES, it doesn't give a youth option on website. Please text me 254-315-1506 with child's name and age, again doesn't allow this option on website. If your child requires an adult shirt please state that in the text.

The goal for this show is to get kids involved in the sport of strongman. Each event will start with very light weights and go to very heavy. The objective is to get every kid to lift something!  Not all kids will finish all weights and that's totally ok. 

I have not decided on times yet so please be on standby via social media on HOT strongman classic on Facebook. The amount of registrations will determine show times. Times listed are tentative.

All of the money from entry fees will be spent on the kids! My goal is to get big trophies and swag bags for the podium finishers.

Awards - Podium finishers will receive a trophy and a backpack donated from Jeff Davis!  Registration numbers will determine remaining placing awards.

Show Time - Competition will start at 9:00am Saturday August 3rd

Parking - Free - There is plenty of parking at the Base

Admission - Athlete entry is included with registration. 12 & under $5 Everyone else $10    Athletes will be aloud inside the venue at 7am 

Food/Drinks - The Base has a full cafeteria serving a variety of food and drinks. Alcohol is also available for purchase. 
Athletes are allowed one cooler each that will be checked when entering. Zero outside alcohol is allowed.

Shirts - Expo shirts will be available for purchase day of. If you would like additional comp shirts please message Tommy before July 10, 2024 to ensure we have time to get them made. 

 SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES. NO STICKY STUFF OF ANY KIND ALLOWED

EVENT 1 Ukranian Deadlift

This event will be a mixture of kettle bells and farmers handles. Each athlete will attempt to lift as many implements as possible in 60 seconds. Athletes must lift each implement between the legs. The judge will give a down command when the athlete is fully locked out. Heaviest weight lifted wins.

EVENT 2 ATV Pull

Athletes will be placed in a harness and use a rope to pull the atv for 25 feet. On the judges start command the athlete will attempt pull the atv across the finish line. 60 second time limit. Fastest time wins.

EVENT 3 Odd Object Carry & Load

There will be 3 objects placed 5 feet from a loading platform. The athlete may choose in any order to load the objects.  Fastest time wins.

EVENT 4 Death Medley

The athlete will start by completing 5 full depth body squats, once completed they will do a 25ft shuttle run, after that they will do 3 full range push-ups, then to finish they will do 2 sandbag/ med ball to shoulder!

***ALL weights will be doable for each age division. Divisions will be decided from total registrations. 

Train the movements and don't worry about weights, I promise every kid will have a blast and go home to brag about what they accomplished!
