Heavy Metal Mayhem (several live heavy metal bands playing during events), food vendors, bounce houses, prizes and lots of fun to be had by all.

Events:

-Log Press For Reps
Clean once press away 60 second time limit. Competitors must wait for down command. Chalk, belt and sleeves allowed. No tacky.

Car Deadlift For Reps
60 second time limit. Competitor must wait for down command and MUST NOT BOUNCE CAR. Straps, suits, belts and chalk allowed. No tacky.

Tire Flip 
Competitor will start with tire standing straight up. Whole tire must cross finish line. Distance will be measured if competitor does not finish distance. No tacky. Distance is 60'.

Keg Toss Over Bar. 
Kegs will be lined up 10' away from bar. All four kegs must clear bar. 60 second time limit or splits on kegs completed that actually cleared bar. Chalk allowed. No tacky.

Atlas Stone Run
Competitors will load five stones from least heaviest to heaviest. Competitors must make sure stone is stable on platform before moving on to next stone. 60 second time limit or splits for time on stones completed. Tacky allowed.
