Athletes will form a line through assigned deadlift lane and have 30 secs once attempt is disclosed to conduct the lift. Athlete may give another go if the miss the lift if they still have time left in the 30 secs, once time is up the attempt is up. the athlete may get in position get the Ready/Lift command to start the attempt, athlete must conduct a conventional style (legs inside arms) deadlift without straps and show full control on a lockout. Alternating Clean and Press 10" Log/Axle: Athletes will have 1 min to complete as many reps alternating between log to axle clean and press. Athletes must clear the current implement they are working to move to the next one (cannot miss log then move to axle). Athletes may start in position on the log and as soon as they heat the GO command begin at their leisure. Athlete must secure a visible lockout above head and wait for a DOWN command given to award each down. No down command, no rep. Belt cleans are fine.

Equipment Not Allowed

Sandbag Load: Athletes within a 1 min timeframe will have a light and heavy bag to load and must rotate between them. Athlete will start on the light bag and move to heavy, each successful sandbag placed is a good rep. Athletes will be expected to move the sandbags down to the ground to load again as part of their time (plan for that). Judges will call out reps, as long as sandbag is placed on platform and can balance on its own-good lift-if sandbag falls off after no deduction. The athlete will only not be given the rep if they fail to place sandbag on platform (judges will clearly call this out if it occurs). Athlete must complete each sandbag to continue sequence (IE you hit the light sandbag but cannot clear heavy-that is one rep until you are able to clear the heavy or call it, no additional reps will be added for skipping the heavy and opting to just do the light).

Athletes will both be given the make ready/Go command to start the event. Athletes may get into whatever starting position/strap in on the make ready. Athlete may hitch ramp etc. and must show a clear and visible lookout each rep. LISTEN for the DOWN commands each rep, if you miss a down command, it is at judge's discretion to give a warning or deduct a point depending on the severity of the offense. Most reps of all wins.
