Axle Clean and Press- 

Implement will be picked up and pressed for as many reps as possible in the 60 second time limit. The athlete must clean and press EVERY REP. Upon successful press, athlete will receive a down command from the judge. Push press, strict press, squat jerk, split jerk all allowed. Belt Cleans will be allowed. Elbows must be locked out and head through for a down command to be given. 60 second time Limit.   

Equipment Allowed: Belt, knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirts

Equipment Not Allowed: Strongman Corp or OSG Grip Shirts, Built up shelf in belt, Tacky/tack towels or any kind of sticky substance

Arm Over Arm Truck Pull-

60 second time limit. Course length TBD.  Athlete will grip the provided rope and seat themselves in the provided position.  Upon the start command, the athlete will pull the vehicle as fast as possible in the 60 second time limit.  Any pulls less than the final distance when time expires, will be measured for distance and scored accordingly.

Equipment allowed: chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves/wraps, gloves

Equipment not allowed: tacky/tack towels, sticky substances of ANY KIND

13” Axle Deadlift for Reps-

Implement will be deadlifted for as many reps as possible in the 60 second time limit. Upon a successful rep (knees straight and hips through), the athlete will receive a down command from the judge. Athletes must wait for the down command for the rep to count. Touch and go reps are permitted.

Equipment allowed: chalk, belt, wrist wraps, straps - figure 8's and standard, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves/wraps, supportive suits or briefs

Equipment not allowed: Strongman Corp or OSG Grip Shirts, Straps with hooks, tacky/tack towels or sticky substances of ANY KIND

NOTE: You may use either a suit or briefs, NOT both

Samson Strength Smooth Axle Bars will be used.  Wagon wheels will be used to achieve the 13" bar height.

Farmer Walk- 

60 second time limit.  Athlete will pick and carry the implements 50’ down and 50' back for a total of 100'. There will NOT be a turn. Unlimited drops allowed. Implement must cross the finish line and be set down. Any attempts less than the 100’ mark when time expires will be measured for distance and scored accordingly.

Equipment allowed: chalk, belt, wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves/wraps.  No straps! 

Equipment not allowed: Strongman Corp or OSG Grip Shirts, straps, tacky/tacky towels or sticky substances of ANY KIND

Atlas Stone Over Bar- 

Upon the go command, implement will be picked and loaded over a bar for as many reps as possible in the 60 second time limit. Fixed Height platforms will be used for all classes.  Men's bar will be 52” and the Women's bar will be 48”. 60 second time limit. 

Equipment Allowed: Belt, Chalk, knee wraps or sleeves, wrist wraps, Grip Shirts, Tacky

Equipment NOT Allowed: Strongman Corp or OSG Grip Shirts, Gloves, elevated platform shoes.

Awards will be given for podium finishers!
