Weigh ins will be at The Iron Vault 1514 South Monroe Street on Friday.

Saturday  weigh ins will be at the Proof Brewing Company. 

Friday 8 a.m.-noon (at Iron Vault)

            4 p.m.- 7 p.m. (at Iron Vault)

Saturday 2 p.m-3:30 p.m. (at Proof Brewing)

Block Clean and Press Away: Athlete cleans the block once and presses as many reps as possible. Judge will give down commands once they see control at lockout. Belt, straps, wraps, wrist wraps, and grip shirts all allowed. 

Fridge Frame Carry: Athlete will carry MBPC frame 50' with a fridge attached to each handle. Front of Frame must cross line in the air. Slide Penalty will be :02 added on to your time. Weights will be added to the score matrix when the frame is tested

Keg Toss: 12 feet high bar, athletes must throw kegs over bar, three kegs within a minute. Full size kegs for men, pony kegs for women. ( keg exact weight to be determined)

Max Lever Squat: Athlete will squat the apparatus down until it touches the stop at the bottom ROM and then return to the top. Will be set up like a mono-lift rack NO WALK OUT. The platform will be outfitted with benches and weight will be added by adding people to the benches. Last athlete standing style competition.

Atlas Power Stairs: Athlete will run two weight pins up the 5 power stairs then take one atlas stone up each stair and then over bar at back of top stair. No tacky allowed.
