Car Deadlift (will have approx weights listed closer to event) : strap in on athletes time. Max Reps in 1 min. Athlete will receive only down commands. Straps, belt, sleeves, wraps allowed. no suits or briefs

Axle/Log Press medley: Athlete will start with axle and clean and press for one rep, then switch to log and clean and press for one rep. Athlete will continue to alternate back and forth for as many reps as possible until time expires. Athlete will receive down command when implement is controlled overhead and feet are back to neutral. Belts, Sleeves, wraps allowed.

Carry Medley: Athlete will carry sandbag 50' drop and then carry keg back to the start line. Athlete will then carry the hstone 50' and finish with the sled back to the start line.  Fastest time wins 1 min time limit. Belt, sleeves, wraps allowed.

Farmers Carry: athlete will pick the farmers and carry them 50' as fast as possible. 1 min time limit. 1 drop allowed. Belt, sleeves, and wraps allowed

Stone Series:  3 stones will be loaded in increasing weight to a single height. Hands off the last stone to stop time. 1 min time limit. Belt, tape and tacky allowed. Tacky or tape will not be provided but will be sold at event. Men's height 52"   Women's height 48"

Sandbag throw: athlete will start one hand on the yoke upright 10' from the bags. On the start athlete will sprint to first bag and throw over the bar then repeat for second 2 bags. Time stops when last bag hits the ground. 1 min time limit.

4pm-7pm (Be Advised the afternoon weigh in session will be during First Friday so parking will be located on FAMU way and walk to the gym)
