Weigh ins
All weigh-ins will be at Ironclad Performance, 87 Executive Drive Suite 2 Aurora IL 60504
Day before, Friday November 15th: 9:00-10:30am, 4:00-7:00pm
Day of, Saturday November 16th: 8:00-9:00am
Rules
Equipment allowed - Chalk, 2 belts max (1 soft & 1 hard), elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirts (no Strongman Corp or OSG logos), warm pants (neoprene), Wrist Straps
Equipment not allowed - Deadlift Suits, Briefs
Log Clean & Press
- 60 second time limit to complete as many reps as possible
- Clean and Press Every Rep
- Log is to be pressed overhead with the elbow, shoulder and hips locked out with feet parallel. Demonstrate control before the judge gives a "Down" command
- Athlete must demonstrate control of the Log at all times. Dropping from overhead position will result in disqualification.
Deadlift Ladder
- 60 second time limit
- Axle, Power Bar from tires, Frame DL
- Athlete will begin by deadlifting the Axle once, move on to the Power Bar for one and then move on to the Frame and deadlift that for as many reps possible in the remaining time.
- Judge will give “Down” Command when the athlete stands upright with knees, hips and shoulders locked out.
Yoke to Farmers Run
- 60 sec time limit. Fastest time or furthest distance wins
- 40’ down and back
- Athlete will start with Yoke, run it to the line 40’ away then pick up the farmers handles and run them back to the start line.
- Both implements must fully cross the lines
Mystery Event
- This will be fun. Come strong and prepared.
Sandbag Carry to Load
- 60 second time limit. Fastest time or most bags wins
- Bags will be staged 20’, 15’, and 10’ from bar, pick the bags up, carry, then load them over bar.
- Athlete starts with hands off bags
- 48” Bar for women and 52” Bar for men
- Athlete can carry bag in front or on shoulder, your preference
