*Stipulations for this award is competitor will need to podium top 3 in your class to earn your paid invite.  Once you sign up and 'show up' for Nationals 2024, you will be reimbursed for your entry.  

Male and female teen classes may be combined into an open class if less than 3 competitors register.  Super heavyweight and heavyweight classes may be combined to a 220+ open if less than 3 competitors register in a class.

EVENT RULES:

ALL WEIGHTS AND RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE!

Tire Medley (90 seconds)

• Competitor will have 90 seconds to flip 4 tires twice.  Competitor will start at the starting line, run to the lightest tire, flip over, run around, and flip back.  Then onto the next tire.  Time will stop once last tire is flipped and hits the ground. Split time will be recorded as each tire hits the ground.
• Not Allowed:  Suits, Tacky
• Allowed: Belts, Gloves, Sleeves, Wraps, Chalk, Grip Shirts

Conan's Wheel/Sandbag Medley (75 seconds)

• Competitor will start at the Conan's wheel and complete one full circle. Competitor will then go to sandbag and throw over the bar as many times until time expires (75 seconds) Women will throw over 10' bar - Men will throw over 12' bar. All competitors are REQUIRED to run AROUND THE YOKE (for your safety).

Last Man Standing Circus Dumbbell (CASH PRIZE!)

• All competitors will have 60 seconds to complete each rep.  Starting weights for women will be 45lb, loadable dumbbell will be used until 85lbs is reached, then a 10” Circus Dumbbell will be used. Weights will go up in 5lb increments.  Starting weight for men will be 85lb with a 12" circus dumbbell, going up in 10lb increments.  Competitor who lifts the most weight wins the event and cash prize!

Jeep / Razor Deadlift (60 seconds)

• Competitor will have 60 seconds to deadlift either a 4-Wheeler or 4 Door Razor (depending on weight class) for as many reps as possible. Side handles will be used. Touch and Go reps are allowed.
• Not Allowed: Suits, Tacky
• Allowed: Belts, Lifting Straps, Sleeves, Wrist Wraps, Chalk

Iron God and Goddess of the Stones (PAID NATIONALS 2024 ENTRY!!)

• All Male and Female competitors, including teen divisions, will complete the same ten stone run.  Males will do one set of stones and females another. Fastest time wins or the most stones lifted in each weight class. 15 second time limit per stone. The God and Goddess of the stones will be determined by the heaviest stone lifted or the fastest completed time of all the stones in the male and female divisions.
• Platform height is between 36" and 40"
• Not Allowed: Suits
• Allowed: Tacky, Chalk, Grip Shirts, Sleeves, Belts and Wraps
